On the bottom, there will be different categories. You can nominate as many people as you want for each category. When voting starts, you can only vote for ONE PERSON per category a day. You can nominate anyone including yourself. When you vote for someone, dont vote for one that you dont think is nice but youre just following others. Im sure youre not the only one voting for that person. You can also vote for yourself if youre in it. The nominated person must have an original layout meaning they made it ALL BY THEIRSELF ; no banner - layout - help - friends made layout. Must be 100% authentic. If you get caught, then you are disqualified. If you own some kind of banner / layout site and you used one of your layouts, thats fine. For each category, there will be only THREE winners unless its a tie. When nominating and voting make sure you say - "I nominate (username) for (category)" / "I vote for (username) for (category)" If you dont follow that format or something like it, your nomination will be deleted because i have no fcking clue what youre nominating that person for. If you were nominated and you'd like to drop out, thats ok. You can only vote for one person.

When voting starts, do not create multiple xangas to vote for one person or use really really old xangas to vote. Please also tell the person who you nominated for when there category (ies) starts voting.

Please remember to NOT change your layout more than three times during voting time.
